Domestic orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days of order placement, provided all units are in stock. We are pleased to serve our military and we will go out of our way to make shipping arrangements through the US Postal Service. Additional shipping charges will apply so please contact us for rate quotes.
If your order is being shipped domestically by UPS, you will receive an automated email containing detailed shipment tracking information. This email is sent through an automated UPS system and should arrive in your inbox by the end of the shipment day. If you do not receive tracking information, it is likely we have either recorded your email address improperly, your ISP's spam blockers won't allow delivery of the email, or the UPS system is down. Please contact us and we will manually forward the information to you.
Receiving Your Shipment:
Please inspect the packaging before accepting and opening the boxes. Minor damage to the outer box is common, such as a small puncture or slight tear. However, if you notice a large hole through the outer and inner cartons or, if the outer box is not sealed, we recommend you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Freight damage claims must be filed within a few days. All of our products are fully inspected before they leave the factory and are picked up by the carrier in factory fresh, perfect condition.
